    Telecom Uncertainty Increases Demand For Independent Evaluation 
American Business Communication adds consultants to meet demand 
Minneapolis, MN - November 11, 2002 - American Business Communication Inc., (ABC), a leading 
independent telecommunications management company, announced the hiring of three new 
consultants along with the promotion of Carolyn Morain to Client Services Manager. ABC's growth 
comes at a time when businesses are feeling increasingly uneasy with their telecom service

ABC has added new Client Service Consultants: Corey Glynn and Linda Vogel to its client service 
team now headed by newly promoted Morain. Madelyn Browne has joined the company as a 
Strategic Accounts Consultant reporting to Nita Singh. The new consultants bring a variety of telecom 
industry experience in customer service, IT and billing operations to ABC. They will support the 
company's efforts in billing audits, contract negotiations, service and equipment procurement, as well 
as telemanagement outsourcing.
